Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Bootblock Rebels webshop.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
2. Seller Information
The webshop is operated by Altaris ApS under the Bootblock Rebels name.
3. Products
Product descriptions, images and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, materials, packaging or final production details may occur.
If a product is offered as a preorder, this will be clearly stated on the product page together with the expected shipping period.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in the currency shown on the webshop.
Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on the customer’s location and the webshop setup. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before the order is completed.
5. Orders
When an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The order is only binding once payment has been accepted and the order has been confirmed.
Bootblock Rebels reserves the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, technical problems, suspected fraud, stock issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If this happens, any payment received for the affected order will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout using the payment methods offered on the webshop, including Stripe where available.
By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
7. Preorders
Some products may be sold on a preorder basis. For preorder items, payment is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Any estimated shipping date for a preorder is an estimate only and may change due to production, printing, logistics or other factors outside reasonable control.
If a preorder is delayed, customers will be informed as reasonably possible.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the destinations offered at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations
For consumers in the EU, online purchases are generally covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Bootblock Rebels within the withdrawal period by clear written notice.
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal has been given. Refunds must generally be made within 14 days from the seller receiving notice of withdrawal, although the seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or the customer has supplied evidence of return.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
This section does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that may apply.
10. Returns and Refunds
If the customer wishes to return an item, they must contact Bootblock Rebels before returning the goods.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are refunded only to the extent required by applicable law.
11. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer should contact Bootblock Rebels as soon as possible and include a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs.
For consumers in the EU, statutory rights relating to non-conforming goods apply in addition to any commercial return policy. Goods bought in the EU are generally covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.
12. Liability
Bootblock Rebels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the webshop’s Privacy Policy.
Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider and is not stored by Bootblock Rebels except as necessary for order administration and legal compliance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law in the seller’s place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
