Submission guidelines to backers who selected the add-on “Bootblock Journal Ad Slot (5×40)”.
Important note: instead of 40 x 5, everyone may now submit ads at 40 x 7 lines. In other words, you get 2 additional lines for each ad slot you bought.
Your ad must be made as a plain text file using a monospace layout.
Requirements:
Size: 40 characters wide x 7 lines high
Format: plain .txt
Please keep the layout exactly as intended – spaces count
Do not use tabs, only normal spaces
No screenshots, Word files, PDFs, or images – text file only
If you bought the ad through Kickstarter, please name the file [backer name]-[backer ID].txt:
SteenJessen-1.txt
(if your backer ID is shown on your backer page)
If you bought the ad through BootblockRebels.com, please name the file [order]-[order ID].txt:
JournalAd-1234.txt
The ad will be typeset in an Amiga Topaz font: TopazPlus a600/a1200/a4000
The Topaz font is available here:

The font is also known as Amiga Topaz 2+ in SAUCE
Example setup used for testing:
Font size: 12 pt
If your ad is a logo or tightly packed text art, 12 pt leading will be used.
If your ad is normal text, a larger leading for readability will be used.
